- Deleting or changing formulas, pivot tables, or validation rules.
- Using outdated or unsupported spreadsheet software.
- Merging templates with other files or importing data in ways that disrupt functionality.
- Disabling or editing protected cells.
- Using templates in non-English versions of Excel that break formulas or formatting.

Purpose and Nature of SpreadsheetsHub Membership
SpreadsheetsHub Membership is designed as a flexible alternative to one-time purchases. Instead of paying the full retail price upfront for multiple templates, clients can make smaller monthly payments.
The payment method “Buy Now – Pay Later” is an installment plan, not a subscription. This distinction is crucial to avoid misunderstandings*:
- With installment plans, access to the products is granted immediately and for lifetime use, while the monthly payments are only a method of covering the total cost.
- With subscriptions, access to products or services is limited to the period during which the subscription remains active.
⚠️ Important: SpreadsheetsHub does not provide subscription-based services, since our products are final and come with lifetime access.

Installment Plan means the client receives immediate access to the products, while the total cost is divided into equal monthly payments. Payments are automatically charged to the client’s card. For more details, see: FTC — Buy Now, Pay Later / Installment Credit.
1) Lifetime Access
Immediately after purchase, you receive full lifetime access to the selected templates (5 or 10, depending on your plan).
2) Payment Terms
- The total cost of the selected templates is divided into 12 equal monthly payments (this does not apply to the annual plan, which is paid in one lump sum).
- The retail price of any 5 (or 10) templates is significantly higher than the total under the Split Payment Agreement, making installments a more cost-effective option.
- Payments are automatically charged each month starting from the first payment date.
- Payments can only be stopped after completing all 12 installments or by early settlement of the remaining balance in one payment.
3) No Refunds
As this involves digital products, refunds are not available. For more details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
4) Cancellation & Refunds
Early termination of monthly payments is only possible if the remaining balance is settled in a single payment (the SpreadsheetsHub finance department submits a request to the bank to cancel the monthly charges). The client must cover the difference between the amount already paid under the installment plan and the total retail value of 5 (or 10) products depending on the plan, based on the prices published on our website at the time of cancellation.
ⓘ Example: If you purchased 5 templates priced at $19.99 each, paid for 2 months at $4.99, and decide to cancel, you must pay:
(19.99 × 5) – (4.99 × 2) = $89.95.
We respect international consumer protection standards (including the EU 14-day withdrawal period). However, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and similar laws in other jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once access has been granted immediately after purchase.
Early cancellation may be considered upon contacting us via our contact page. In such cases:
- All additional services within the SpreadsheetsHub Membership Plan (template updates, monthly swaps, premium support, personal assistant) will be terminated immediately;
- The remaining balance of the acquired templates will be automatically charged in a single payment at current retail prices listed on the website at the time of cancellation.
Annual Plan: may be canceled at any time without minimum commitments.
